The Christmas atmosphere is high in the lavish mansion in a feeling that evokes childlike anticipation and creates adult well-being. This year's Christmas table we serve in a new bubbly costume where the best of several worlds is offered; Tradition meets innovation. Pluck alternates with table service. Flair meets coziness.

^ Welcome; Västerbotten pie with roe and a glass of champagne (mingling in the manor's salons)
^ Herring table (including vegetarian options) and potatoes (served at buffet)

^ Cold smoked salmon, roasted artichoke, steamed kale, white wine sauce (served at the table)

^ Pepper-roasted pork, salt-baked celeriac, sunflower seeds, pickled mustard, iced onion (served at the table)

^ Selected cheeses with home-baked crisp bread and boiled apricots (served at the table)
^ Delicious, homemade desserts and Christmas sweets (served at buffet)
^ Coffee and pralines (served in the spectacular China room)
